About Yen Yoga Private Studio
That all changed when my partner died of cancer. I left the newsroom and became increasingly interested in yoga and mental health, eventually becoming certified as a yoga instructor teaching Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Restorative Yoga. I believe in helping students create a safe and meaningful practice in which they can discover new pathways to build functional strength, flexibility, and self-love.
