About Simba eSIM
eSIM, which stands for embedded SIM, is a built-in phone chip that works just like a physical SIM. The upside is you can hold multiple profiles simultaneously, with no physical SIM card you need to insert or swap. eSIMs are available on all SIMBA postpaid mobile plans.

How to sign up for SIMBA eSIM?
- Visit https://registration.simba.sg/rego
- Accept the terms and conditions
- Select your number type (Pick new number, lucky number, Port-in from another telco)
- Go to “Next” and select your eSIM
- Click “Next” and enter your information, Billing address and pass word (Your password can be used to log in to MyAccount)
- Enter the summary and make a Payment
- QR code will be sent to you via email. Scan to QR code activate your eSIM
Note: eSIM is only available when you sign in with Singpass.
- Check that your device is updated to the latest version.
- Go to ‘Settings’ click ‘Mobile Data’
- Tap ‘Add eSIM’.
- Choose ‘Use QR Code’.
- Scan the QR code from the email (SIMBA eSIM Setup) sent to you, or
- Key in the activation code provided through ‘Enter Details Manually’.
- Click ‘Continue’. and Tap ‘Done’!.

How to switch your eSIM profile to another device?
- Go to SIMBA Service Centre
- Request for a new eSIM QR Code ($5 fee will apply)
- Scan QR Code and switch your eSIM profile to another device

1.How to get started SIMBA eSIM?
Make sure your device is compatible. Select a plan and choose the eSIM option when checking out. Activate your plan. Your unique activation QR code will be sent to you via email.
2.How to activate my eSIM account?
Go to Settings.
Tap Network & Internet.
Turn on your eSIM.
Turn on Mobile Data/ Data Roaming.
Select a supported network (you can find this in the eSIM’s Additional Information section).
3.How much cost of Simba activation fee?
Payments non-refundable / exchangeable for cash. An activation fee of $30 is chargeable for port-out within 30 days of plan activation.
