How to book an appointment CPF Service?
  • Visit Book an Appointment
  • To make bookings for another person under their NRIC , FIN or passport number.
  • Make sure you are logged out first, enter another person’s ID while logged in with Singpass.
  • To change or view a booking you made for another person, log out before proceeding.
  • Bookings can only be viewed under the customer’s NRIC, FIN or passport number.

How to make an online CPF nomination?

You can appoint up to 15 nominees in this form. If you wish to appoint more than 15 nominees. You will need to appoint 2 witnesses for a nomination. They must be at least 21 years old, must not lack mental capacity, and must have a Singpass. You and your CPF nominees cannot be witnesses to your nomination.

When to make or review a nomination?

  • You can make a nomination once you turn 16.
  • After making your nomination, review your nomination regularly (Marriage, Child birth, Divorce, Death of a nominee).
  • Upon marriage, any existing CPF nomination will be revoked. You can make a new CPF nomination after you get married so that your CPF savings can be distributed according to your wishes (Note: Divorcee will not revoke your nomination).

How to view CPF Board nomination details?

Yourself: Mobile number or email address.
For nominees: Full name, identification number and email address.
For witnesses: Full name, identification number, email address and mobile number.
If your nominee or witness is a foreigner: You will also need their mailing address in addition to the above information.

The CPF Withdrawal Lock, part of CPFB’s anti-scam measures, enables members aged 55 and above to disable online CPF withdrawals instantly. To better protect your CPF savings, consider activating the CPF Withdrawal Lock if you don’t need to withdraw immediately. It can be easily activated online through Account Settings, following three straightforward steps.

To deactivate the CPF Withdrawal Lock, adjust the online Daily Withdrawal Limit to your desired amount, which may require enhanced authentication and take 12 hours to take effect for that you’ve go to Account Settings.

If you wish to make a CPF withdrawal without deactivating the CPF Withdrawal Lock, you can book an appointment to visit us to withdraw your preferred amount in-person at any CPF Service Centre. Generally, the next available appointment for withdrawal transactions would be in a week’s time; subsequently, members will receive their withdrawn CPF savings generally within 5 working days.
