How to compute early termination charges?
Early termination charges are tiered according to the number of months left in your contract at the point of your termination request. They also vary according to the subscription fees.
Below is a sample calculation that applies for the following mobile plans:
- Mobile+ $69, $99, $129, $169 2-Year Plan
- Mobile+ $38, $45 SIM Only 1-Year Plan
- 4G $25 SIM Only 1-Year Plan
- #hellochange $45, $55, $80, $110, $243 2-Year Plan

| Consumer Offer (incl. GST) | $69.64 x 12 months = $835.68 |
| CIS Offer (incl. GST) | $62.10 (after 10% CIS discount) x 12 months = $745.20 |
How to terminate StarHub Recurring Giro services?
- Fill the online form
- Enter the account holder’s full name as in passport / NRIC / FIN
- Enter passport / NRIC / FIN number
- Provide the StarHub account details such as StarHub mobile number, termination date, type of plan, reason for the termination with StarHub
- Make sure you have used all credits in your Simba wallet since it is non refundable
- After completing the form to send following mail address
