1.How can i exchange my order?
To submit a return request and we will pop an email to ya once we have reviewed it All exchanges are processed in the same way as returns.
2.Are there any return policy exception?
- If it’s beyond 30 days from date of purchase, not return policy apply
- Returns for items received as gifts must be accompanied with the respective receipt or order number.
- To process returns or exchanges on all sale items, socks, eye masks, face masks, drinkware, stationery, and personalised products.
- All purchase with purchases orders will have to be returned as an order.
3.How to return/ exchange my order?
All exchanges are processed in the same way as returns. We make returns as easy as possible. Ensure that your order is within 30 days from date of purchase, with all hang tags intact and the items unused for all returns/exchanges

4. How to clean beyond the vines dumpling bag?
Made with a textured water-resistant nylon, this micro bag is designed with short handles and a long adjustable strap finished with our customised hardware.
Spot clean with gentle soap is recommended to maintain the structure of the fabric.
