How to Pre-Order in POP MART?
POP MART Singapore provides an opportunity for fans to have an early access to purchase them through pre-orders on the POP MART Online store. Pre-orders are usually done weeks to months in advance and at limited quantities. Pre-orders are carried out for products that have not reached and will take some time for you to receive them.
How can I make a pre-order?
- Visit Pre-Order Collection
- Browse for available pre-orders within the collection.
- Add the item to cart.
- Check out your cart.
- Your item is secured!
When / How will I receive my products, if I place an order?
- As pre-orders, it will take some time for you to receive them. You can find the estimated time of arrival (ETA) for a particular product within its individual product page.
- Once your PO item arrives and is ready to delivery/shipping, you will be informed via the first email notification. You will receive a second email notification by our courier service provider with the delivery details when your item has been picked up by them.
I haven’t receive my product, even though it is past the ETA?
POP mart will deliver your product as soon as possible. In circumstances of unforeseen production or shipping delays, you might receive your product later than the ETA.

Membership Eligibility
- Anyone with an email address & valid phone number can eligible.
How many reward points you can earn using membership?
- Earn 1 point for every $1 spent at POP MART Singapore retail stores or popmart.sg.
- Members are able to earn a maximum of 500 points a day1 (00:00hrs to 23:59hrs).
How can a member get redemption?
- Points accumulated in the membership programme are redeemable solely at our POP MART Singapore retail stores.
- Every 100 points equate to a $1 off on future purchases made at our retail stores.
- Points redemption are in multiples of 100.
What can I use the points on to offset my payment?
You can use your points to offset payments on all regular products. Exclusions include:
- POP MART MEGA Collection Items (regardless of size)
- POP MART Exclusives
- Discounted Items
- Gift Vouchers
Can I make purchases on the mobile app?
- The mobile app only used for points accreditation and redemption. No purchases can made via the app. You will redirect to POP official online store at popmart.sg to make the purchase when you tap on any product images in the mobile app.
When does the Points or Rewards expire?
- 365 days from the date of issuance. Unused points at the time of expiry will forfeit.
How to transfer my earned points?
- Earned points within the membership programme are non-transferable and not combined / transferred to another member’s account.
Can I delete the account?
- If a member need to delete their account, all accrued points in the account will be forfeited.
