YouTrip has introduced complimentary shuttle services to Mid Valley Southkey in Malaysia to celebrate the launch of its Malaysian Ringgit wallet in mid-April. The promotion is currently in progress, with the final rides scheduled for May 10-11, 2025. They offers Free Shuttle Bus rides from Singapore – Johor Bahru, a great deal for regular Causeway crossers or weekend getaways.

Passengers advised to arrive at the pick-up point at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled departure. To verify your booking, please provide both the confirmation email and the Y-Number from the back of your YouTrip card.

Who is Eligible to use YouTrip’s Free Shuttle Bus Service?
- YouTrip users with a valid account can get Free Shuttle Bus offers.
- Seats must pre-booked and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Users are limited to reserving one seat per time slot for each leg of the journey.
- Commuters are required to book seats for both legs of the journey, requiring them to take the bus to enter and return from JB.
Participants may book their seats during the Promotion Period via a booking form released on YouTrip’s Telegram channel @SGTravel+Lifestyle Hacks and Instagram.
Eligible Awardees will receive a submission confirmation email from YouTrip (youtrip.community@you.co) after they have successfully submitted the Promotion booking form. This submission confirmation email is strictly non-transferable and must not be resold, forwarded, or otherwise shared.
NOTES:
- Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may result in the Participant being refused boarding.
- Provide an email address that is registered with YouTrip when completing the Promotion’s booking form.
- Employees of YouTrip and its affiliates are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
- Rescheduling or cancellation of bookings not permitted.
- Separate seats for children not permitted.

You may contact WTS Travel bus operations hotline @ +65 9672 6361 for bus arrival/delay information updates directly. Cancellations, amendments or rescheduling requests for bookings will not processed through this hotline.
General Instructions to the Travelers
- Passengers have to produce their booking confirmation email, and the Y-Number on the back of their YouTrip cards to the bus captain or attendant for verification.
- Must arrive atleast 10 minutes prior to their scheduled boarding.
- YouTrip not responsible for any missed bookings from late arrivals.
- Eligible Awardees may only bring their child on board, if the child seated on their lap or carried.
