1. Will you be selling tickets on the day itself? + Do you accept cash? + Ticket price?
- On-site ticket sales are $12 per day. We accept cash.
2. Can I cosplay at this event?
- We are a cosplay-friendly event! We also welcome artists to cosplay at their booths too. 🙂
3. When will online ticket sales end?
- Online tickets are available for purchase until the event ends.
4. If I bought an online ticket but didn’t attend the event, am I still counted in for the lucky draw?
- Yes.
4. If I buy the ticket to attend both days does that count as entering into the lucky draw twice?
- No (unfortunately that option is not supported when we use the random number generator to pick a random ticket on Eventbrite). To maximise your chances, you can buy the Saturday and Sunday ticket separately.
5. Can I claim the prize in the form of dollar money instead of Primogems or Stellar Jades?
- No. The lucky draw prize can only be claimed in the form of in-game currency. We will not be giving the option to convert it to monetary form.
6. Can I buy a ticket in cash at the ticketing counter in order to enter the lucky draw?
- No, the lucky draw only applies to online ticket sales via Eventbrite (you can still buy online while queueing).
7. I bought a resold online ticket on Carousell, can I claim the prize?
- Contact the email used to purchase the ticket.
