How to check My ICA approval in Singapore?

You can enquire the status of your application by logging into MyICA with your Singpass. A pink notification slip will also be sent to your registered mailing address once the applications have been approved

How to book an appointment to collect passport at ICA building?

To collect their Singapore passport and/or IC at various locations island-wide. Singaporeans who are eligible for collection at post offices will only be offered the option to book an appointment to collect their documents at their preferred post office.
