SingPass
SingPass is a Singapore Personal Access which allows users to access various Singapore government sectors online where users will be allowed to do transaction government services online easy and secure. The Pass was launched in March 2003.
Eligibility to apply for SingPass
- To apply for SingPass, one must be 15 years old
- Singapore Citizen and Permanent Resident
- Employment pass holders and also those who have personalised employment pass
- EntrePass holders
- S-Pass holders
- Dependent Pass (of PEP, EP, S-Pass, and EntrePass holders
- Long-Term Visit Pass and pass-plus (LTVP+)
- Selected people who have work permit and need SingPass to carry out e-services in Singapore

You can visit any of the below mentioned SingPass counters to:
- Apply for a new SingPass account
- Reset your SingPass password
- Update your mobile number and account details
- Register and activate SMS 2FA instantly
Documents required to visit SingPass counter for Singapore Citizens & Permanent Residents (PR), EP, PEP, EntrePass, S-Pass , WP, LTVP+ holders
Please visit the counter in-person and bring the necessary document for verification, such as your original NRIC or FIN card.
Singapore Citizens & Permanent Residents (PR)
Required Documents (Must be original and are still valid)
For Singapore Citizens:
NRIC or Singapore Passport or Singapore Driving Licence or National Service IDs from SAF, SPF and SCDF
For Permanent Residents PRs:
- NRIC or Passport with Re-entry Permit or
- Singapore Driving Licence or
- National Service IDs from SAF, SPF and SCDF
Employment Pass (EP) and Personalised Employment Pass (PEP) holders
- EP/PEP card or;
- Singapore Driving Licence
EntrePass holders
- EntrePass card or;
- In-Principle-Approval letter (IPA) and Passport or;
- Singapore Driving Licence
S-Pass holders
- S-Pass card or;
- Singapore Driving Licence
Work Permit (WP) holders
- WP card or;
- Singapore Driving Licence
Dependant Pass (DP) holders (of EP, PEP, EntrePass and S-Pass)
- DP Pass card or;
- Singapore Driving Licence
Long-Term Visit Pass-Plus (LTVP+) holders (Issued by ICA)
- Visit Pass (PLUS) Card or;
- Singapore Driving Licence
