Dr Sir/Mdm,
I wish to inform the Traffic Police that Ms. Hu Cailing Car Plate number “4671” previously was a tenant of my private residence as tenant at 1 Serangoon North View #12-05, The Garden Residences S(554343). Please note, she is no longer staying in this address Since May 2022 & upon my regular check in my mail box, there were 2 letters plus 1 Red letter reminder of her summons attention to her name from your authority. I have returned all traffic police mails as undelivered letters to the Singapore Post Office already. P.S. She has a fine from URA as well. Appreciate your kind attention. Best regards, Agnes Wuan
I need to appeal for driving at the speed of 80km/h where the road could only be allowed at 60km/h. I think to be fair to our citizens, we shall have our rights to speak up and explain our actions for ourselves. Today, I got rejected for my appeal . Sadly to say, the system does not accept any explanation unless we could produce medical documents and the other option is to pay for the fine, otherwise,we would not be entertained. I agreed that we, humans do make mistakes and break the law. However, the most frustrating part is, we have our reasons but we cannot voice out . And the only solution to reach to reach out to authorities is through social media. Singapore is a democratic country. I hope that the authorities could also hear our voice, our feelings as we stand as a whole and I believe that there is justice.
