About Golden Villeage (GV) Cinemas
Golden Village has 12 cinemas and 100 screens operating in the country currently. All cinemas which opened before 2000 have been refurbished. Two new cinemas are in the works, a 6-screen cinema at Bedok opening in June 2018, and a 7-screen cinema at the redeveloped Funan mall in 1Q 2020. The Funan cineplex will incorporate an immersive multi dimensional sensory experience. The Capitol Theatre only screens movies from December to March every year.

What are the payment methods for online ticketing?
Credit & Debit Card, Visa Click to Pay, DBS Paylah, HSBC‘s Movie Card, GV Prepaid Card and selected GV Gift Vouchers.
What is an Automated Ticketing Machine?
Automated Ticketing Machine is a self-service kiosk to purchase movie tickets for all our 11 cinemas.
If I booked tickets online, when can I collect the tickets?
Ticket collection is not required for online booking. You can enter the cinema with the Quick Tix® QR code that is reflected on your booking confirmation email/iGV app.
If wheelchair bound. How to purchase tickets at your cinemas?
Tickets can be purchased online or at GV Box Offices/Automated Ticketing Machines. For further assistance, you may email Customer Service team at support@goldenvillage.com.sg.
How far in advance can I book my tickets?
- Thursday to Friday sessions (released on Wednesday after 3pm) / Saturday to Wednesday sessions (released on Friday after 3pm)
- Sessions for Gold Class® are released every Tuesday after 2pm for the full cinema week.
- From time to time, we may release Advance Sales for selected blockbuster titles 1 to 3 weeks before opening date.
