Contact at Ryde
- Tap the MENU icon at the top left.
- Then tap on Settings.
- Scroll down to Verification and tap the information you wish to update, either Mobile/Email.
- Tap the edit (pencil icon) on the top right-hand corner, to enter your new contact details.
- You will be prompted for a verification code.
- Simply follow the steps indicated in the app, and you are good to go
How to book a ride in Ryde, Singapore?
- Tap on RydeX icon
- Enter Pick-up / Drop-off location along with pickup date or time.
- You can book advance trips up to 7 days in advance.
- Choose to pay with cash or go cashless with RydePay.
- Tap Book
- Wait for a driver to accept.
- You can track a driver on the way, and yourself during the trip
Mode of Payment at Ryde SG
To be eligible for the cashback there are several criteria you need to fulfil:
- Payment Method.
- Different cashbacks are eligible for certain payment methods.
- Select the correct payment method according to the promotion.
- All trip must start & end within the promotion period
- Minimum Fare.
- All trips must meet the stipulated minimum fare.
- Minimum Cancellation Ratings
- Minimum Profile Ratings
- No Private Request
How to contact Ryde for trip-related matters?
You can contact Ryde by using the “RydeHELP” feature available on the Ryde app.
Simply launch the app and click on the ≡ button on the top left of the app > Trips > select the trip in question
How to Cancel/Wait time charges?
- All cancellations made within 3 minutes of matching are not chargeable.
- Driver will receive a Cancellation Fee of $5.50
- Rider cancels after 3 minutes of matching
- Driver may charge a Waiting Time Fee of $5.50
How to sign up as a Ryde driver?

- Certificate of Personal Vehicle Insurance (For Carpool Drivers)
- Private-Hire Driver Vocational License (For PDVL Drivers)
- LTA Vehicle Log (For PDVL Drivers)
