- Accept the terms and conditions
- Select your number type (Pick new number, lucky number, Port-in from another telco)
- Go to “Next” and select your collection method (either post or walk-in)
- Click “Next” and enter your information, Billing address and pass word (Your password can be used to log in to MyAccount)
- Enter the summary and payment details

How to terminate the service with SIMBA (TPG)?
- Fill the online form
- Enter the account holder’s full name as in passport / NRIC / FIN
- Enter passport / NRIC / FIN number
- Provide the SIMBA account details such as SIMBA mobile number, termination date, type of plan, reason for the termination with SIMBA
- Sign the document in the given place and send to the below mail ID
- Make sure you have used all credits in your Simba wallet since it is non refundable

2. How can i port-in to SIMBA eSIM from other telcos?
- You can port-in from physical SIM or eSIM to SIMBA eSIM.
- SIMBA registration, choose the SIMBA plan you want, select the eSIM option, and you will receive the activation steps via email.
3. What is the reason for unable to renew my plan?
Plan renewal is only valid have minimum $10 and above in your Account Balance. If Account Balance is below $10, $8 will be charged to your registered payment method (e.g. VISA, Mastercard or AMEX) for plan renewal, credits in Account Balance are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.

I had the same issue and it’s coz my phone doesn’t support the technology simba runs on. I installed simba voice app on my phone and that solved my problems.
I also got a new SIM from SIMBA and got activated on 23rd Sep, but cannot make any call or text as well

I dialed *228# using Simba Voice app to set my roaming preference.
Reply received: “Sorry, your call is restricted!”

I change to Simba (port in) and i have same issue that i cannot receive call or make call. Cannot activate my sim card using Simba app and cannot reveive my OTP. Pls helps.
To all who can’t make or receive calls after switching to SIMBA, the solution is to download the “SIMBA Voice” app (purple icon with white wording).
I’m using an iPhone and that’s the only way I could make calls and receive calls. All of it is done through the app.

Im working in PSA Pasir panjang terminal 3. minimum 300 to 400 people using our network inside the port.but here the network coverage is very very poor condition.couldn’t make calls also. My kind request please fix the problems and make sure the proper network coverage. Thank you

Simba network speed is very weak at some location in Singapore e.g. inside the forest, baseman, inside the building. Even sometime zero nwtwork.
I am using TPG sim card since 2019. I have $10/month data plan whis is automatically renew every month and deduct money from my bank account. This system was good.
But I am really not satisfied for the speed issue which already stated above.
right now i have decided i would like to stop this automatic renew system.
