Impossible to reach customer support. Email response never arrives, processing times are > 1 month.
I am taking time to write and provide this feedback to you. SGX is extremely customer unfriendly or inefficient. The phone provided 6535 7511 does not route you back to an operator ( even though they say we will be routing to our operator). Basically there is no way to speak to someone if your enquiry does not meet the standard audio self help functions. Managed to get another phone number of SGX 6236 8888, I have been on the phone for more than 45minutes and all I get is ” all our operators are all engaged at the moment and will get back to you shortly” . Obviously the call in volume is high and SGX did not cater for other ways which your customer can get some form of assistance. This is indeed a very frustrating experience and would definitely shout out to all my acquittances.
SGX supports brings a bad spotlight to Singapore customer service. My account has been suspended without any notification or reason. Tried to reach out to them via e-mail and provided required documents, it has been 2 month of follow ups and frustrating phone calls but my account is still suspended. When you call the hotline you have to wait an eternity and when somebody (real person) answers they are very unprofessional. I do not think SGX has any customer support system in place or cutting cost on that area. I guess this is what happens when customers do not have a choice, but SGX surprisingly very unlike Singapore service.
