1.How to terminate my existing utilities account if I am moving to a new house?

  • No longer need the utilities account at your current old premises, please terminate utilities account. The new occupant can apply for a new utilities account and your account will be closed when the new account is opened.

2.What happens if account is closed to the security deposit?

  • The security Deposit will be used to offset the Final Bill Charges remaining credit will be refunded in a form of cheque to your requested Mailing Address.

3.How to billed based on actual meter readings every month?

Due to the high costs of taking meter readings, it is a common practice for utilities companies to read the meters once every two months.
