- Enter your M1 email-ID (valid) and password
- Click Login
- To register on M1 Shop, Singapore please visit here.
- Enter your M1 ID and password
- Enter your ID Type (NRIC / FIN)
- Then give your valid Mobile Number to receive OTP.
- Enter First / last name
- Click “Sign Up Now”
- Then there’ll be a Customer Verification process
- Finally Activate.

I’m Alauddin here , I’m Requesting for Cancellation the phone number (85478714) Currently I’m holding this number . I’m Paying My Phone Bills since Last 6 Month Without using , Coz currently I’m in overseas I still don’t know when will back to Singapore Again .So Please Cancel the phone number and bill plan . I got big issue viewing my dec bill because the otp have request 4 times. Log in my Id the step all follow but still cannot. My bill this month is $52.50 very expensive. Need to see the break down every month.

I could not get the email address of customer service. I need to verify a double charge in my recent billing . I am currently overseas , and do not wish to incur roaming charges to call M1
I’m in Bulgaria now and have been trying to use my data passport which I paid more than $60 for. I am registered on your roaming partner, Telenor network (now known as Yettel locally) but I cannot get Internet connection even after 2 days. Your Mindy help chat is useless as it just sends general guidelines that I can access directly and have tried.
I need costumer care email id
I am Mr.Pek. Currently I have 3 M1 lines. I am trying hard to terminate one oldest line 83682773 via phone contact but unsuccessfully, because waiting time was too long and I gave up. Recently I participated M1 promotion offer and bought two True 5G, Sim only plans. This is the reason I want to cancel the old line in order to avoid unnecessary extra expenditure, because 2 lines are sufficient for me. Pls help to terminate the said line urgently. Thank you.
