Cruelty & Welfare Report at SPCA Singapore
If you see any animal is in injury, death or abandonment of an animal, please contact: Police (999) and SPCA’s 24/7 hotline for emergency assistance. You may report through the below form.
To make a cruelty and welfare report
Note: If the animal is dead, don’t move the body. Please note the exact location (street name/bus stop number/lamp post number etc.) and take a photo of the animal, the surrounding area or car plate number, etc and contact 24 hour hotline.
Inspectorate need only evidence of photos/videos from eye-witnesses, exact addresses to be able to work with the authorities. You are also recommended to alert AVS via their feedback portal: www.nparks.gov.sg/avs/feedback or 24/7 hotline 1800-476-1600.
Lost (or) Found an animal in Singapore
If your pet was lost, please report to Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS): Report Animal Lost Form
If you found a lost pet, please bring it to any nearby veterinary clinic to have its microchip scanned and inform the SPCA and AVS of the microchip number so that we can check against our database.
