I am so fed of dealing with Lazada!!! Have spoken to your customer service agents EVERY single day but I have been offered no help!! Highly disappointing to be dealing with your company.
I had asked for these chairs to be returned 2 weeks back. At 3 different points, Ninjavan came to pick them up but refused because they said that they don’t take bulky items so they left without taking the chairs. I called Lazada and every time they said that they were trying to resolve this issue but it’s been 2 weeks and this issue hasn’t been resolved. What is going on??????? Can you please explain!! I need a refund on these chairs and in order for that to happen, they need to reach the seller on time else he will not refund the money to me. I cannot suffer a loss because of your incompetence!!
Suggest you to please call me on 93682707 and get these chairs picked up at the earliest.
I have been a regular customer at Lazada and very very upset because of this incidence. Please help!! If this is not addressed soon, i am going to have to take this up with the higher authorities of LAZADA.

Dear Sir,
I would like to file a complain with regards to the refunding process. On 6/12/2022 I bought 2 pairs of 1000 MILE Trainer Liner Double Layer Anti-Blister Socks for $35.70. Listed below is the estimate timeline taken for the refunding process for the products:
1) 9/12/2022 – Received the 2 items ordered but they were of the wrong size and colour. I asked for 2 x white, M size but got instead 1 x multi-colour M size and 1 XL grey size. Since the products were not according to specifications, I asked and proceeded for a refund;
2) 28/12/2022 – I returned both socks packed together in a single packet when the Lazada delivery came to pick them up. For some unknown reasons, the seller received only 1 pair of socks and the other pair was not accounted for despite me returning them together in a single packet. According to the seller, they said that the second request for refund had been cancelled. No reasons were given as to the cancellation. They subsequently refunded the cost for only 1 pair of socks but not the other pair as it could not be accounted for. Seller said that they would make a check with the warehouse to confirm its whereabout;
3) 15/02/2023 – It was frustrating that the seller did not respond specifically to my messages and questions. This went on for some months and definitely it was taking too long for the 2nd product to be refunded.
4) 25/4/2023 – Seller finally reported the the order would be considered fully settled as some time had passed. I then informed seller that I would share my negative on-line shopping experience with Lazada.
Hi I sent an email yesterday but the response was that the message was under moderation. Now it appears to have disappear. I want to lodge a complaint to Lazada. Please advise.
