How to transfer my number to ZYM mobile, when can i start using the service?
- To start using the ZYM mobile service as soon as you get a ZYM SIM card.
- It takes one to two business days to move an existing mobile number from the current Telco to ZYM mobile.
- ZYM mobile services with the temporary number that has been given to you with the SIM card provided.

Is there any fees when I transfer/port in my number to ZYM?
- Free cost all to transfer your phone number to ZYM. (Termination Charges will apply) mobile plan and value-added services are not still under contract with your existing telco.

How to transfer my existing number to ZYM Mobile?
- To transfer my existing number to Zym
- Postpaid mobile line registered with your NRIC/FIN.
- No outstanding balances with your current Telco.
- Line must be an active line, not suspended /terminated.
- To port in may be interrupted on the actual port-in day normal
- It takes 1 to 4 hours for your port-in number to activate.
