Procedure to renew Filipino (Philippines) Passport in Singapore
A Philippine passport is a document issued to its citizens by the Philippine Government asking other governments to grant them freedom of movement and, in case of need, to provide them with legal aid and protection, according to Republic Act No. 8239, also known as The Philippine Passport Act of 1996.
Passport renewal can be done through an appointment
- Book an appointment here.
- You will get an email asking you to confirm the appointment after completing the online appointment form. You will receive another email containing the application form and instructions after clicking CONFIRM. To print the form.
- A scheduled appointment is unavoidable. Without a confirmed appointment, the Embassy’s Consular Section cannot handle an application.
- It costs nothing to make an appointment to renew your passport. If you are aware of anyone or any organizations offering appointment times for sale or in exchange for money, kindly inform the Embassy.
- Emailing epassport.sgpe@gmail.com will allow applicants who need to renew their passports immediately for worthy reasons (such as pass renewal) to request an earlier appointment. Must attach the documents:1) a copy of appointment confirmation; (2) a copy of the passport data page, (3) a copy of work pass ID, and (4) proof of the need for an urgent appointment (such as an expiring work pass, urgent travel, etc.).
