How to apply / register for CorpPass?: Eligibility, Procedure, Documents required

What is CorpPass?

• Corppass is an authorization system that allows organizations to control how employees who need to conduct business online can access digital services. Corppass, which is run by Government Technology Agency (GovTech), enables companies and other entities (such as non-profit organizations and associations) to conduct secure digital transactions with participating private sector services and government agencies.

Eligibility / who can apply, and register for CorpPass?

• Corppass is a solution that allows organizations to control employee access to digital services when they need to do business on their behalf.
• Both Singapore Registered Entities and Foreign Registered Entities can utilize Corppass, including NRIC/FIN and Foreign ID users.
• Companies should register for and set up Corppass if they do business with the government.
• Nevertheless, organizations lacking UENs can still register for CorpPass if necessary. They must first register with a UEN Insurance Agency in order to be qualified for CorpPass.

Apply CorpPass account online

• Visit the website.
• Registered officials can access the CorpPass website using their individual SingPass and the company’s UEN. Per entity, there can only be a maximum of two Admin accounts.

• Accounts for users are made by the CorpPass Admin.
• The Admin can establish the appropriate responsibilities for each person based on their level of access.
• Following the registration of the CorpPass Administrator Account, you can go on to create further accounts (Sub-Administrator, Enquiry User, and CorpPass User accounts) and allocate digital services to those accounts.
• To use the accounts, users must first activate their CorpPass accounts using the provided IDs, then log in with their SingPass and confirm their identities.
