For Singaporeans can register. It is free.
- Longer borrowing period (from 21 days to 42 days);
- Renewal period (from 21 days to 42 days)
- Free reservation of items (Costs $1.57 per item)

How to Sign up for Membership Online registration?
- To sign up online Singaporeans and Permanent Residents visit here https://account.nlb.gov.sg
- Choose the SingPass option to login and register for library membership.
- Foreigners with a SingPass account login can also sign up and/or renew your annual library membership online.
- Membership renewal is valid for 1 year.

carefully curated by librarians to suit children’s interests and nurture - Fee is $32.40(GST) for home delivery
