RedeemSG is a voucher system that helps Singapore Government developed by Open Government Products, GovTech easily create, issue and track the redemption of vouchers. It helps merchants to accept Government issued vouchers.

Who can get benefits of RedeemSG?
- Voucher recipients: It helps to digitize vouchers.
- Merchants: It makes easy to accept government issued vouchers.
- Government agencies and charities: It is easier to start and manage a voucher campaign and make merchants to accept Government issued vouchers.
How did a Voucher applicant / Recipients claim a RedeemSG Voucher?
Recipients can sign up and claim a voucher, without downloading Mobile App.
- Visit the voucher campaign page to claim your voucher
- You can visit the compaign page of CDC Vouchers 2023; NEA Climate Change Household Package
- A voucher link will be sent to you via SMS {Only trust voucher links from: voucher.redeem.gov.sg, v.redeem.gov.sg}
- Show the QR code to participating merchants to spend your voucher
- Participating merchants will be provided by the campaign organiser.
How can a Merchant claims a RedeemSG Voucher?
- Merchants can register Interest Online Form. You may sign up with a Digital Ambassador or CDC Ambassador and receive a shop code.
- Download the RedeemSG Merchant app on the App Store or Google Play.
- Key in the shop code to gain access to your shop account. Other staff can also onboard using this same shop code.

How Government Agencies claim a RedeemSG Voucher?
Agencies can manage voucher campaign(s) and track redemptions using the RedeemSG Admin Portal. You can indicate your ministry/agency’s interest in RedeemSG, please fill in this form and access shortly.
