How to activate and get the card?
- Download bigpay app.
- Tap on ‘I have received my card‘.
- the 3-digit CVC code located on the back of your card.
- Once you enter your card’s PIN, it is activated.
- Make your first purchase using a Chip and PIN to activate Visa payWave.
How to get a BigPay Visa card?
- After completing your signup, your card should arrive at your address in 5-7 business days. However, due to the Covid-19 situation, please keep in mind that your card may be delayed for up to 14 working days. You may still follow the status of your card delivery via your BigPay app.
What is the eligibility?
- As long as you are a Malaysian citizen or resident and over the age of 18.
Where to use BigPay?
- You can use your BigPay card anyplace Mastercard or Visa is accepted. That equates to more than 40 million merchants worldwide. Unfortunately, your BigPay card cannot be used in North Korea or Israel.

What are my Spending limits?
- It depends on where you’re sending the message. You can transfer up to RM5,000 per day and no more than RM10,000 per month via local bank transfers. When you transfer money overseas, the restrictions are different; you will receive a notification in the app.
