How to activate and get the card?

• Download bigpay app.
• Select Card section
• Tap on ‘I have received my card‘.
• the 3-digit CVC code located on the back of your card.
• Once you enter your card’s PIN, it is activated.
• Make your first purchase using a Chip and PIN to activate Visa payWave.
• Receive BigPay card in 5 to 7 working days

Fee of BigPay card for international transactions?

BigPay charges currency conversion fees up to 1% for your foreign transactions or payment made via the BigPay Visa or Mastercard with the merchant.

How to transfer one BigPay account to another?

1. Open your BigPay app
2. Select transfer money to in the menu above
3. Insert total amount
4. Confirm payments

How to get a BigPay Visa card?

• After you place your order, your card will be delivered in 5 to 7 working days. Please chat with us in-app if your card has not arrived after 7 working days so we can assist you.

What is the eligibility?

• You are older than eighteen (18) years.
• You have a valid mailing address in Singapore and are either a Singaporean citizen, a permanent resident of Singapore, or a foreigner who is lawfully residing or working there.
• You are not from a nation that is forbidden.
• No licensed banks, e-money issuers, or financial institutions in Singapore or abroad have placed you on their blacklist.

How to report BigPay Card lost / stolen?

• Select Settings Profile
• Enter Personal Details
• Update Your address
• Go to card section in app > Freeze card
• Receive a virtual card (white card) which you can use for online transactions
• physical card (blue card) within 5-7 working days to your mailbox
• Charged S$10 as a fee for the replacement process
