How to activate and get the card?
- Download bigpay app.
- Select Card section
- Tap on ‘I have received my card‘.
- the 3-digit CVC code located on the back of your card.
- Once you enter your card’s PIN, it is activated.
- Make your first purchase using a Chip and PIN to activate Visa payWave.
- Receive BigPay card in 5 to 7 working days
Fee of BigPay card for international transactions?
BigPay charges currency conversion fees up to 1% for your foreign transactions or payment made via the BigPay Visa or Mastercard with the merchant.
How to transfer one BigPay account to another?
- Open your BigPay app
- Select transfer money to in the menu above
- Insert total amount
- Confirm payments
How to get a BigPay Visa card?
- After you place your order, your card will be delivered in 5 to 7 working days. Please chat with us in-app if your card has not arrived after 7 working days so we can assist you.
What is the eligibility?
- You are older than eighteen (18) years.
- You have a valid mailing address in Singapore and are either a Singaporean citizen, a permanent resident of Singapore, or a foreigner who is lawfully residing or working there.
- You are not from a nation that is forbidden.
- No licensed banks, e-money issuers, or financial institutions in Singapore or abroad have placed you on their blacklist.

- Select Settings Profile
- Enter Personal Details
- Update Your address
- Go to card section in app > Freeze card
- Receive a virtual card (white card) which you can use for online transactions
- physical card (blue card) within 5-7 working days to your mailbox
- Charged S$10 as a fee for the replacement process
