About Breakthrough Missions
In July 1983, the vision of Breakthrough’s ministry actualized. It was registered as an evangelical drug rehabilitation centre, attached to the Christian Counselling Centre under the Singapore Anti-Narcotics Association. A year later, it was officially recognized as a social service organization.
