What is Cab charge?

It’s simply travel expense management tool for all individuals and corporates. If you have cab charge card, you don’t worry about carrying cash in hand to pay the trip in Singapore ComfortDelGro’s (Comfort and CityCab) taxi.

Eligibility

• Age 21 years and above
• Minimum income qualifications of $24,000 p.a. for Singaporean and Permanent Residents
• Minimum income qualification of $48,000 p.a for Foreigners
• Payment by Interbank GIRO (compulsory)

How to apply for Cabcharge Personal Card?

1. Download the form to apply for a cab charge account
2. Enter the contact details, mailing address

What is the cost of getting Cab Charge Contactless card  and E-Voucher?

• Cab Charge Contactless card: $10
• E-Voucher: $0.30 /voucher

Cab Charge E-Voucher in Singapore

Through Cab Charge site / app, one could check the travel expense from the taxi online, download invoices and trip reports.

E-voucher is a either paper card / digital pass which can be used for a taxi trip accepted by ComfortDelGro’s taxis

Cabcharge Corporate Card

Company will need to register for this scheme to provide the card to staff which is used to pay for the street hire and booking taxi trips.

Cabcharge Priority Card (New)

• The event of high taxi demand get you a taxi in the shortest time possible.
• All trip records store online, priority cardholders can access and track their expenses.
• No new card will be issued upon each reload while the credit validity will remain to be valid for 6 months from the date of reload.
• Nominal administrative fees apply.

How to get digital pass?

Those who don’t want to use a card form can use the digital pass

1. Go to CabCharge+
2. Click “Inventory” from the menu
3. Select “Digital Pass” and Click “Issue a digital Pass”
4. Select if you would like to choose Single/Multiple. Enter travel passenger user name, Email
5. Choose how the pass would like to deliver via email/SMS
6. Select the expiry date

How to register / login for Cabcharge?

What If Booking Is Not Successful / Cancelled After Payment Authorised?

• The authorisation amount for unsuccessful or cancelled trips will not be charged and the bank will release it out when its holding period has elapsed.
• The reversal by foreign banks may take approximately one to two working weeks

To check your balance is add your card number and pin number found on the back of the card to track your remaining balance. Never lose track of your Gift Card balance, and use it for multiple trips by tracking

5.What is a Cabcharge voucher?

Cabcharge Gift Cards are magnetic stripe cards which are pre-loaded with a dollar value.

6. How to check the expiry of Cab Charge E-Voucher Singapore?

In the card itself you can check the validity. It is mentioned as “The trip valid for: DD-MM-YYYY”
