What is the cost of booking per hour?

- The total booking charge includes the Time Charge (varies based on timing) and the Mileage Charge.
- The mileage charge is $0.39/km for the Economy, Standard, and Premium categories
- $0.29/km for the Standard Electric, Commercial Electric, and Premium Electric categories.
- If you opt for CDW, it will cost you an additional 5% of your total booking charge

- Tap on Extend to view the vehicle’s booking calendar
- Drag to your preferred end timing
- Tap on Confirm to verify your extension is complete
Late return fee: $50 per hour

An unsuccessful booking was made
on 1 May 2023 with prompt insufficient fund message.
However, the fund was deducted from my bank account.
Hope you can rectify this error and return back the fund accordingly.
Hi I am Ravi. My booking ID is 2390032. I just rented first time Getgo today morning. I guess I requested for 3 hrs and it says now the late charge of $100 .
This is the first time and got confused or overlooked with timing . Kindly help me to wave my late charge for one time. Thanks
