How to apply for Facilities Based Operation (FBO) Licence?

How to Apply??
- Applicants intending to deploy its own network/services
- To operate/offer in Singapore will require a Facilities-based Operations (FBO) Licence from Info-communications Media Authority (IMDA).
- Application for Facilities-Based Operations Licence visit here
- Apply online. Apply via GoBusiness. The application is via GoBusiness Licensing.
- Email your application and support documents ilo@imda.gov.sg.
- Submit a hard copy of supporting documents.

Requirements
- Applicant must be ACRA registered company/business
What is the maximum tenure of FBO can apply for Licence?
Valid for a period ranging from 1-5 years. The food business can opt between this food period for its central license. After that, the license expires and it requires renewal of the license.
