How to change address, phone, email (contact details) in Maybank Singapore?
Procedure
- Download the form
- Enter the name, NRIC / Passport number, Country of residence
- Enter your new address
- Enter the contact phone number, email
- Fill the required details and complete the form
- Send the form to the mail address: “Maybank, CAPS Kovan, 996B Upper Serangoon Road, Singapore. 534736”.
Documents required:
Copy of Singapore NRIC (Front and Back)
(or)
Copy of either one of the documents below for proof of residence (within last 6 months):-
- Bank or credit card statement
- Utility Bill,
- Telephone Bill, (Last 3 months)
- EB Bill
- Letter from government or other authorities bodies
- Rental agreement
- Passport within 6 month validity

- Update your email
- Mobile number on the app
- Login / Select Settings
- Update your contact details
- Proceed to update
- Enter transaction code generates
- Update email address submited
