Shipping Process / Delivery fee
- Order has been dispatched from warehouse.
- Minimum Purchase 5 items
- Delivery service in Singapore only
- Each Shipping Confirmation by the date indicated in the Shipping Confirmation if no delivery date is specified, in the estimated timeframe indicated when selecting the delivery method.
- Pickup and delivery for orders will take 3 to 7 working days.
- Delivery fee is $5. Depending on the weight and size of the parcel, charges may differ.
How to Exchange / Return Policy in Daiso Singapore?
- All items sold are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable
Exchanges
- An item may be exchanged only if you have received the wrong item or a defective item.
- You should inspect your orders upon receipt. that you have received the wrong item or a defective item, to respond to your email within 5 business days.
- The official receipt or delivery order for the transaction is produced.
- The item is returned in its original condition and packaging.
- The exchange is done in-store within 14 days from the date on the delivery order.
- Refunds are strictly not applicable for online orders
