How to buy/purchase Maxx Sim-only plans in Singapore?
Eligibility
- Singapore Citizen: Original NRIC (Pink) / Passport
- Permanent Resident: Original NRIC (Blue) / Passport
- Foreigner / Non-Resident: Employment Pass / S Pass / Work Permit / Dependent Pass / Student Pass / Passport
Procedure
- Visit the website
- Choose your plan and Click Buy now
- Enter the personal details (name, email, DOB)
- Enter the delivery address to receive the Sim
- Once received, activate the Sim.
How to activate new Maxx SIM card Singapore?
- Download the Maxx app to activate the SIM
- Click the activate my SIM button
- In the backside of the Sim card, you can find the barcode. Scan it with your phone’s camera
- Choose your new number
- Enter the activation code on the receipt which you can find in your email
- Verify your identity using the Singpass / any ID (NRIC / FIN)
- Now insert your new sim card in to the device
- Once the Maxx Sim gets activated, you will receive an SMS
*For customers who want to port-in their existing number, simply go to the Maxx app, navigate to Account > Port-in to Maxx, and follow the steps to retain your current number.

How to get data roaming?
- Purchase any Add-On with Roaming Data
- Activate Data Roaming in your phone
- Turn “ON” Mobile Data and Data Roaming in phone settings
- Connect to Preferred Network. If your phone is unable to auto connect to the Preferred Network, please manually select the network operator in phone settings
- Download Maxx App to monitor your usage
Download and install Maxx apps for apple(ios, mac, iphone/ipad) and Android(Google play)
There is no need to authorize anyone to receive your SIM card. will deliver it to your doorstep or letterbox if you are not around.
How to activate my SIM card?
- Download the Maxx app and activate your SIM card in 3 steps
- Scan barcode at the back of your SIM card, choose your new number and enter the activation code on the receipt that we have emailed to you.
- Use Singpass or scan your physical ID to verify your identity that you have given during sign-up.
- Insert your SIM card into your device. SMS you once it’s activated.
