What is the procedure when your workers arrive to Singapore for the first time?
- Workers must arrive to the onboard Centre after they have landed in Singapore.
- Employer should arrange transport to pick up them.
Onboard Programme Singapore for Migrant workers
Who should undergo Onboard Programme?
Male non Malaysian Work Permit Holders who work in the CMP Sectors that is Construction, Marine Shipyard and Process and also holds IPA – In Principle Approval needs to undergo this onboard programme upon arrival to Singapore on the same date or with in 3 days
Note: IPA will be received from MOM Singapore. IPA needs to get onboard bookings.
Requirements to fulfill Onboard Programme in Singapore
Work permit holders will have the following criteria to undergo the onboard programme.
- Must be Male non-Malaysian
- In Principle Approval is must
- They must be for CMP sector only
- Submit the required proof (FIN) through filling the form [Login with Singpass corporate pass].
What are the documents to be submitted for the proof?
- Accommodation proof
- Pre entry housing check approval from MOM
- FIN
- Worker’s IPA letter
- Onboard booking confirmation email printout
- Proof of vaccination
- Smartphone with a local sim card
- Workers must undergo a residential onboarding programme at the Onboard centre for up to 4 days, which will include.
- Verification of overseas vaccination records, Enhanced medical examinations, Settling-in Programme (SIP), Vaccination, if required
How to book a slot for a residential onboarding Singapore?
- Visit Onboard Booking Slot Page
- Select the country your workers coming from
- Login using Singpass (Corporate)
- Select the booking slot (Date and time)
- Book earlier to avoid penalties. (3 days will be given time for the workers to attend the onboard programme). Slot will be available 4 days after you book. Eg: If you book on Monday, You will get the slot on Friday. So book prior to your worker’s arrival.
- Housing check approval reference number, FIN, Dietary requirement, Company’s email Address is required to enter and declare the information
- Confirm the booking
What to bring to Onboard Centre?
Workers must bring the following
- Approval letter from MOM
- IPA letter
- Vaccination proof
How many days is the onboard programme?
It will continue for 3 days.
Day1:
- Antigen Rapid Test (ART) will be taken
Day2:
- Vaccination record verification and Medical examination
- If they have digital vaccination certificate (DVC), it will be authenticated at the Onboard centre. Otherwise Serology test will be taken.
Day 3:
- Settling-in Programme (SIP) have to be completed
Day 4
Check out on the Day 4
Once the above process is done, download the necessary application to your worker’s mobile

- Download the apps: FWMOMCare to access the telemedicine, contact MOM and SGWorkpass to know the work pass validity, salary details
What is the cost of attending Onboard Programme?
Approximately it would cost $340 to $410 for 3days and 2 nights stay. You will receive a payment link through PaySG
What if the worker has not attended the first onboard booking slot?
Make sure they should attend the next onboard booking slot

Chest Xray
In the medical exam, chest Xray, if they spotted something abnormal, they have to undergo further medical clearance (Tuberculosis (TB) Treatment)

How to check booking date and place for WMOC Singapore for work pass holders We don’t get any email about this from Safe travel Singapore
I am staying now 1A Tengah road MWOC centre, i am coming morning 4am give 1 bottle watter 1.5ltr.ofter never give dringing water untill now ,i dont have any contact number in management,we dont have sim card also, pls arrange dringing watter
Now i stay seng kang. Here MWC staff even talk use bad words and handle the new workers worst.
