at the queenstown polyclinic 4th level,the pharmacy never provide free plastic bag for sick patients.psychiatric patients have to bring their own bags,very troublesome leh.the institue of mental health is built like a prison.i hope in future,the institute of mental health,the hospital must not have so many entrance,exit doors locked up.in this way,i as a psychiatric patient do not have any phobia.in public hospital and private hospital,the notice reminding patients not to abuse the staff and the remarks about making a police report is hateful to me.please tell the public and private hospital to remove the notice.the private sector medical bill must not include goods and service tax.
