How to Sell your Clothes in Refash, Singapore?

1. PACK YOUR CLOTHES INTO A BAG: Fill your bag with minimum 10 pieces of clothes of any brand.

2. DROP IT OFF AT ANY* REFASH STORE: Drop it off any REFASH store islandwide, unless stated otherwise*. HQ office does not accept Regular drop-offs. Refash accept ICO Drop-offs @ HQ till 31st May.

NOTE: Menswear, Activewear, Maternity Wear & Premium Brands are NOT accepted in stores

OPT FOR COURIER PICK-UP: You may submit your application for courier pick-ups. All Categories are accepted (Womenswear, Activewear, Menswear, Maternity Wear & Premium Brands. We also accept bags and wallets from Premium Brands).

• Visit Refash Courier pick Ups
• Enter your Personal Details (Name, Age, Mobile Number, Valid Email, Address, Payout option).
• Enter the total no. of Bags to be picked up & Weight
• Select the mode of delivery.
• All the bags are labelled.
• TOTAL maximum limited weight of items: 15kg / pick-up and cost $10 for first time.
• Overweight fee rates: $15 per additional 15kg.
• Pick-up slots will be open from: Mon – Sun between 9am – 10pm, subjected to area and availability. (Excluding PH)
• REFASH will contact you via WhatsApp/Email to confirm the pickup within 1-2 working days upon submission. The pick-up will be done within the next 10 days. The courier company will reach out to you at least 1 day in advance before the pick-up.

NOTE: Pick-up is NOT available for addresses in Sentosa, Tuas, JurongIsland, Jurong Shipyard, Jurong Port, Hotels and Malls.

3. GET PAID IN CASH OR CREDITS: You’ll get payment for your accepted items within 60 working days. Unaccepted items are either returned to you or recycled.

NOTE: Terms may differ for each store. Please check with the store staff before agreeing to the terms.

How to get Refund at Refash, Singapore?

The following conditions were applied for your items before request for refund.

• Return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order
• Unwashed and unworn
• In the same condition in which you received them
• Not bought under ‘Buy 1 Get 1 Free’ campaigns
• Not a Local Market product
• Not a Gift Card

NOTES:

1. All items are subject to a SGD3 restocking fee from 1st April 2023
2. Original delivery cost will not be refunded
3. No Reimbursement on Promotions and discounts
4. Refunds will be processed in terms of REFASH credits ($1 = 20 Points)

How to Earn Points in Refash Singapore?

• Earn 1 Point for every dollar spent online or at any of our offline stores*. (or)
• Earn 50 Welcome Points instantly upon successful sign-up.
• *All points have a 1-year validity.

How to Redeem Rewards on Offline Stores in Refash SG?

1. Log in to your Account.
2. Register if not (or) Sign-in to account.
3. Enter your Mobile Number and Email address (valid).
4. You may Redeemable online or offline

How to get Thrifter Reward Membership?

1. Visit to create a Account.
2. You’ll officially own a Thrifter account.
3. Click on the REWARDS widget.
4. Click ‘THRIFTER and complete your account info’
5. Enter your following details to complete your REFASH membership sign-up! (Phone Number, Birthday, Gender).

Refash Singapore Delivery & Self-Collection

Delivery

• REFASH will take 2-4 working days* to process your order after the payment has been verified. (Exclude Weekends and Public Holidays).

Local Courier Delivery:

• Local courier delivery charge: $3.50 per order and delivery takes 3-5 working days.
• For any failed delivery is made, the courier company will re-deliver over the next 1-2 working days (up to 2 re-delivery attempts).

NOTE: REFASH will not be liable for any missing parcel for orders made under Local Courier Delivery.

Self-Collection

Pickup option are available at REFASH HQ. You’ll be notified via email or SMS when your order is ready for pickup.

Collection Hours: Weekdays 10AM – 6PM (Excluding Public Holidays)

• Order has to be collected within 5 working days from the date of notification.
• Your order will only be kept in Refash warehouse for a maximum of 5 working days, starting from the date your order is ready for collection.
• Any unclaimed parcels beyond the collection period will be subjected to a late collection fee of $1/day.
• Payment of late collection fees has to be cleared prior to collection.

Lost and Found items at Refash, Singapore

If an item is missing, please contact hello@refash.sg with your order number and the name of the missing item. The problem will be within the next 1-2 working days.
