What is the SG Culture Pass?
Introduced as part of SG60, the SG Culture Pass is a programme by the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY) to strengthen Singapore’s arts and heritage sector. From 1 September 2025, Singapore Citizens aged 18 and above will receive $100 in credits to attend selected cultural events.
Who qualifies for the SG Culture Pass?

- All Singapore Citizens aged 18 and above in 2025 are eligible.
- This includes Singaporeans who:

- Were born on or before 31 December 2007; and
- Are Singapore Citizens as of 31 December 2024.

How to get the SG Culture Pass?
- Visit https://www.sgculturepass.gov.sg/
- Log in with your Singpass to verify your profile.
- After successful verification, the credits may be used for approved arts and heritage programmes.
- Details of eligible events can be found on the SG Culture Pass website.
How to use SG Culture Pass credits to offset ticket purchases?
- Select the programme you wish to attend and proceed with the ticket purchase.
- You will be redirected to the Ticketing Partner’s website to choose your ticket.
- At the checkout page, select SG Culture Pass credits from the available payment methods.
- You will be prompted to log in using Singpass for verification.
- Upon successful login, you will be redirected back to the payment page to complete the transaction.
- If your credits are insufficient to cover the full ticket price, the remaining balance must be paid using other payment methods.
- Once payment is successfully completed, the credits will be deducted from your account.
- You may view your transaction history and remaining balance on the SG Culture Pass website.
When are the credits valid until?
- The SG Culture Pass credits are valid from 1 September 2025.
- Credits must be used for events that take place on or before 31 December 2028.
How to use SG Culture Pass credits to pay for ticket purchases?
- Select the event you wish to attend.
- Proceed to purchase the ticket.
- You will be redirected to the ticketing partner’s website to select your ticket.
- At the payment stage, choose SG Culture Pass credits from the list of available payment methods.
- You will be prompted to log in using Singpass for verification.
- Upon successful login, you will be redirected back to the payment page to complete the transaction.
- Once the payment is successfully completed, the credits will be deducted from your account.
- You may check your transaction history and remaining balance on the SG Culture Pass website.
