How to book an appointment at the Police Licensing department in Singapore?

• Visit the police website
• Select the service
• Choose the time
• Confirm the appointment

Head up to the office 5 minutes prior to the appointment. Customers are required to take a ‘Q’ ticket at the Police Licensing & Regulatory Department counter. No NRIC, FIN, Passport or mobile number will be collected when making an online appointment.

what is the new medical requirement for motorist aged 65 and above?

Elderly learner motorists aged 65 and above will be subjected to the same prescribed medical examination that is currently required of elderly drivers with qualified driving licence (QDL). who do not possess a qualified driving licence are required to collect the medical examination form the Chief Tester at any of the three Traffic Police Test Centres.
