Singtel Termination: How to terminate the service with Singtel?

Singtel Termination: Procedure through E-Form

1. Visit https://www.singtel.com/personal/form/support/enquiry-form-va
2. Enter the name, email, and contact number
3. Enter your message
4. Click “Submit”
5. After submit termination form and Singtel colleague will contact you within 1 day

Note: Early termination fees apply if you cancel the services before your contract ends.

• Early Termination Charges(ETC) will be based on the remaining months of the contract expiry date.

Singtel Suspension: Procedure through My-Account

1. Log in to My Account with OnePass.
2. Select the service that you wish to suspend

3.Click on Manage Service.

4.Click on Suspension of Service and follow the instructions from there.

Note: Suspension request Monthly charge of $10.80 (with GST) will be applicable for the of each service
