Bus Captain go the extra mile on a heavy rainy day.
On 4 March 2023 at 11.25 am, bus number 913 captain was kind enough to open an umbrella to shelter all passengers coming in from the bus entrance door, while it was raining heavily at that time.
Thanks to a heartwarming staff of SMRT bus. Sorry we did not ask for the bus captain name at that time.

these few years,the mrt fare for adult keep on increasing.at this sky-high standard of living period in society,the mrt fare must decrease and not increase.the adult nets flashpay card payment of mrt fare must be 5 cent to 20 cent.eating and drinking must be legal in mrt train,mrt station in future.
to the smrt chief executive officier smrt chairman my family got financial crisis,please kindly cancel the increase in bus and train fares on the 23rd december 2023.please show feelings to the passengers with family money crisis.the smrt must cancel the fine penalty punishment for fare evaders.how can everything use fine penalty to punish citizens?this is legal corruption.if smrt collect fine from fare evaders,the fine money must be donated to the legal charity,non-legal charity that happens to be the beggar on the street.the fine penalty money must not go to the staff’s pocket and wallet.chairman and ceo,please decrease the bus and mrt fare,do not increase the fare.my residential telephone number is 62194998.i welcome your reply by my home residential phone.
