About Society Against Family Violence
The Society Against Family Violence was birth 30 years ago when it became an Affiliate of the National Council of Social Service and a Member Organisation of the Singapore Council of Womens Organisations in 1991. Before this, it had a long gestation period beginning with SCWO setting up a Task Force for the Prevention of Violence Against Women in 1986.
