Quite possibly the worst service I have ever received and will not consider using UPS for any future deliveries. Your drivers have missed 5 scheduled pick ups with zero notification and have to sit around waiting for someone who doesnt show up. Your call centre is staffed by completely incompetent individuals who read off a script and offer no help at all – I would give UPS negative stars if that were possible.
