How to get / buy redONE Sim Only (Postpaid) Plans?

  1. Visit https://www.redone.com.sg/postpaid/our_plans
  2. Select your plan
  3. Click “Enquire Now”
  4. Enter the name, email, address, and Area
  5. Enther the captcha and submit

How to activate the redONE sim?

Currently, the only way toactivate to your redONE account is by downloading the 1App

How to activate VoLTE?

  • VoLTE is automatically available for all redONE subscribers
  • You need to ensure that you have a compatible device supporting VoLTE.
  • You can activate your VoLTE through your devices native Settings App, usually under the Mobile Data selection
