Glow Festival by Prudential is the biggest one to be glowed since its inception. It is returning for its fifth year The wellness festival will be switching Marina Bay Sands for Sentosa which will spread across the entire island over 10 consecutive days from July 10 to 19 2026. Glow is well-known for its wide range of wellness activities, but this year’s event is providing the kind of experience Singapore has been begging for the most – an incredible music festival. The festival is going to be big, with big names such as Jason Derulo, Hyukoh and Alessia Cara. Here’s everything you should know prior to heading out.
What is Glow Festival?
Glow Festival by Prudential is Singapore’s biggest wellness event that brings together mindfulness, fitness food, live music and food are a part of an island-wide celebration. The first event in 2019 has now grown to a 10-day celebration at Sentosa which includes more than 70 programs that include fitness, recovery as well as workshops, concerts and creative workshops.
This year’s edition is an extra special event – it is the beginning of a brand new partnership for three years in partnership with Sentosa Development Corporation and the Singapore Tourism Board, with plans to develop Glow to become a bigger health and wellness event in the region.

Glow Festival takes place from July 10 – 19, 2026. It will be held across Sentosa.
While wellness activities are available across the island over these 10 days of events, the primary event takes place in Palawan Green from July 17 to 19. There, six festival zones that are immersive massive-scale fitness classes and major concerts will be taking place.
Who’s on the top of the fitness line-up for the day?
In charge of this year’s wellness program are three international fitness stars. Joe Wicks, better known as “The Body Coach” will bring his high-energy, signature exercise routines that incorporate HIIT. Chontel Duncan will lead strength-based workouts that are focused on performance and self-confidence. The final participant is Emi Wong who is one of Asia’s most prominent fitness experts on the internet who’s easy workout routines have gained her a plethora of followers all over the world.
Beyond these top names, you can join more than 70 classes such as morning yoga classes, beachfront run, pilates, barre, movement training breathing, functional fitness guided meditation, as well as recovery sessions. You can be sure that there’s something to suit every fitness level.
Who will be performing in the evening concert?
After the sun goes down, Glow transforms into a music festival. Starting things off on July 17 will be multi-platinum superstar Jason Derulo, known for songs like “Talk Dirty,” “Savage Love and “Whatcha Say”. The 18th of July is when the acclaimed Korean indie group Hyukoh will be performing on the stage, bringing their K-indie and alternative rock hits. Finalizing the festival on 19 July is Grammy-winning singer and songwriter AlessiaCara who performs heartfelt songs like “Scars to Your Beautiful” as well as ‘Here’ and “Stay”.
The headliner’s not the only draw. They’re supported by an incredible lineup of support artists including BadBadNotGood, Phum Viphurit, Shye, Sobs, Daya, Shazza, Oake and Layyi.
What else are available to look into?
If you’re not up to work out there’s plenty of other things to do on the grounds of the festival.
The Makers Meadow, you can take part in hands-on workshops for crafting and other creative activities, as Mind Oasis hosts guided meditation as well as breathwork classes and talks about topics such as managing stress, better sleep and sustainable well-being.
Do you need to recharge? Visit Recharge Bay for ice baths as well as stretching and exercises to recover your muscles. You can also recharge in the Glow Commons, where food vendors like Blue Smoke (in collaboration with Bobby Supatra), Dearborn, Korio and Acai Collective will serve food and drinks throughout the festival.
The festival goes beyond Palawan Green, with Sentosa Cove and Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa hosting resort yoga, meditation classes spa treatments, poolside fitness classes and activities that are family-friendly.

Tickets are available in three levels:
